Meet Taylor
Owner of Navigator Visuals
Taylor Nullmeyer is an experienced cinematographer and digital marketer who specializes in the real estate industry. He employs cutting edge technology and specific creative style that ensures your property captures the attention of high net worth individuals seeking luxury property. Having grown up in the Muskoka area, Taylor embraces the lifestyle of cottage country in every shoot he takes on, making sure to take his time and methodically plan out content to highlight the best features.
Taylor started in photography capturing action sports in elementary school, sports teams in high school, and events and action sports in university. He went on to work in real estate marketing at a top brokerage, developing a keen sense of the real estate industry. Taylor knows how to make your property stand out!
Taylor now lives in Huntsville with his fiancée Christina, dog Roo, and cat Carl. In his spare time, you will find Taylor on the water, barefoot waterskiing, or on the slopes, coaching freestyle snow skiing. He is currently a part of Team Canada for Barefoot Waterskiing and Waterski Show Skiing.
Ross Hutchinson
Ross Hutchinson joined Navigator Visuals in 2022 assisting with video editing at first, evolving into a creative machine! Ross now overseas all video editing and captures properties during the busy summer months. Ross has been an integral part of the NV team and implements creative and engaging editing techniques.
In his spare time you can find Ross out wake surfing on his lunch break on Lake Joseph, or backflipping off a cliff on skis in the winter.
Navigator Visuals started operating full time in 2021, after starting initially in 2015. In that time we have captured 1000+ homes. We shoot properties, both big and small — we love everything from 100 year old houses to new builds!
1st
Meet + Plan
We setup a time to meet over the phone, zoom, or in person to chat about your upcoming project idea. We go over your strategy, problems you would like to solve, and cost for the project.
2nd
Project planned, shot + edited
After agreeing on a set of requirements, the project will be planned, shot, and then edited together. Most projects have a 48hr turnaround. Please see our services for full details.
3rd
Revisions made + continued assistance
We make any revisions necessary, (As per our contract), and send you all of the finished files you need for your project. We will stay connected and provide additional assistance on utilizing our content for online ads, optimizing captions, music, etc.
